The Foundation
With more than 35 years of experience in human resources, leadership development and workforce training. My professional journey has been shaped by my military service, higher education instruction and organizational leadership. As a military retiree and college instructor, I founded Launch Success Group to transform that experience into meaningful and measurable impact for entrepreneurs, students, and organizations seeking long term growth and operational success.
